We’re Hiring – Control Room Staff (Pakistan)
Pristine Security is expanding its operations and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our 24/7 Control Room team based in Pakistan.
Position: Control Room Operator
Shifts: Morning (10:00 – 18:00) / Evening (18:00 – 02:00) / Night (02:00 – 10:00)
Location: Office-based (Pakistan)
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring UK-based security operations remotely
• Handling calls with guards and clients in English
• Managing shift rotas and reporting incidents
• Ensuring smooth control room operations at all times
Requirements:
• Good English communication (calls & messages)
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Basic computer skills (Excel, emails, reporting)
• Previous control room or call centre experience is a plus
Salary: Starting from PKR 40,000 (based on experience)
