SAFE Pharmaceuticals is looking for a proactive and responsible Admin Officer to join their team in North Karachi.
Job Summary;
The Admin Officer will oversee essential administrative operations, including housekeeping, support staff supervision, canteen management, and transportation logistics. The goal is to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across the office premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Housekeeping: Overseeing daily floor operations and supervising housekeeping staff to ensure strict hygiene standards.
Staff Supervision: Assigning daily tasks and monitoring the performance of support staff (peons) and vendors.
Logistics & Fleet: Coordinating staff pick-and-drop schedules, monitoring fuel usage, and maintaining detailed logs.
Inventory & Procurement: Managing office supplies, inventory, and coordination with service providers.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years in administration or facility management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, supervisory abilities, and excellent coordination skills.
