Position : Senior Officer – Procurement

To support indirect procurement operations at our Head Office in Karachi.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage end-to-end procurement activities for indirect categories, including construction materials, general supplies, marketing services and materials and IT hardware/software related services.
  •  Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure quality, timely availability, and cost efficiency.
  •  Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
  •  Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure adherence to company commercial and ethical standards.
  •  Work closely with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Marketing, HR, IT, Admin, and Production) to understand requirements and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  •  Analyze spend data, track market trends, and prepare reports to support informed procurement decisions.
  •  Drive process improvement, standardization, and digitalization across indirect procurement.
  •  Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and sustainability objectives.


Qualifications & Skills:

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain from a reputable university
  •  3–5 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial setups
  •  Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract management, and supplier evaluation
  •  Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  •  Analytical approach with a focus on cost optimization and process efficiency
