E-commerce Customer Support Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our e-commerce support team and ensure excellent customer experience across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage and train the customer support team
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally
- Monitor daily support performance and KPIs
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams
- Maintain support systems (email, chat, WhatsApp, social media)
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred in Clothing Brand)
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Customer-first mindset
